Jorge Seigneur possesses an extensive and successful track record in the Insurance and Reinsurance market, whose growth and professionalization he has promoted for more than four decades. After a successful career in reinsurance, at local as well as international level, he was founder and President of one of the main companies in the branch of Surety Bonding, General de Fianzas y Garantías. The company was a market leader up until its acquisition in 1999 by an American insurance group. He has been shareholder and President of Fianzas y Crédito since 2004.

Carlos Gimenez has more that 40 years’ experience in the surety market and has established a solid career in the bonding sector. After successfully being in charge of underwriting for many years at one the main companies in the branch of surety bonding, in 1989 he founded General de Fianzas y Garantías together with Jorge Seigneur. The company was a leader in the branch of Surety Bonding until its sale in 1999. Since 2004 has been shareholder and Vice-president of Fianzas y Crédito.
